In rare cases where the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, we will assess the situation and provide a resolution. Please note that only exchanges are offered in such cases, not refunds. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process:
- Unboxing Video Proof
- Record a clear video while unboxing the product. This video is mandatory to validate any claim.
- Inspection Process
- Submit the video proof and complaint to our support team. Our team will inspect the case thoroughly to determine eligibility for an exchange.
- Returning the Product
- If your claim is approved, you will need to courier the damaged product back to us.
- Exchange Dispatch
- Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, we will dispatch a replacement product at the earliest.
Important Notes
- Claims without an unboxing video proof will not be entertained.
- Customers are responsible for the courier costs incurred while returning the product.
- Refunds are not provided under any circumstances; exchanges are the only resolution offered for eligible cases.
- The decision made by our inspection team will be final and binding.
